Primary focus of Evolve in Sri Lanka is

Discovery, Awareness and Choice

Whether booking a Clarity Session, Discovery Session or a Customised Experience, the perspective and core methodology remains the same. Evolve in Sri Lanka focuses on using this holiday context as a springboard for meaningful discovery and change. The process is a natural one, assisting people to unpack, explore with curiosity and return home lighter with more clarity and peace of mind.

An Invitation to Evolve in Sri Lanka

Declutter, offload and clean out those limiting beliefs, fears and doubts, regrets, guilt or old stories that you have been holding onto and letting you down. It’s time to unpack and share current dreams and desires, allow them space to breath and give them the air time they deserve!

After unpacking together we get curious and stuck into an open and honest conversation and exploration around what is working and what is not. Using visualisation, values clarification and powerful questions we explore what is in the space. All that is required is an open mind and a willingness to acknowledge what shows up. Get curious and get stuck into an open, honest conversation and exploration around who you are at your best and what is working and what is not. Get back in touch with what is most important in your life.

Our goal is to have you return home with a much lighter load and a spring in your step. Together we will “repack” consciously, choosing what new awareness  to bring home with you and what limiting beliefs or outdated stories you want to leave behind. It’s also a part of the methodology which looks at commitment and accountability – how you want things to be different when you get on that plane?  We don’t stop there, we also provide you with practical tools and resources to integrate for continued growth.

How would you describe the experience of coaching while on holiday? Do you think being on holiday helped you get value?

Totally. On holiday we feel wild and free – well, I did! – so prepared to lay one’s soul bare in a way that one wouldn’t do at home. it helps for perspective, to be a step away from the day to day grind.

Evolve Clarity + Evolve Discovery

This turned out to be one of the most useful and valuable personal investments I could have made. Verity’s professional coaching instincts are spot-on, and with her guidance I was able to gain insight and perspective on various personal and professional issues, and left with a sense of clarity and positivity for the coming year, all while in a relaxed and open holiday environment. Highly recommended

Approaches & Resources

The Coaches Training Institutes CTI model is the broad framework and context for all Evolve in Sri Lanka conversations. As a professional coach and self professed self help geek there have been dozens of approaches and resources that we have been inspired by over the years.  However in particular we often reference the work of these academics and practitioners, and so we have included a short description of each and links in the below:

Transitions Model - William Bridges 1
Hero's Journey - Joseph Campbell 2
Positive Intelligence - Shirzad Chamine 3

Transitions modelWhat is it: People are often quite uncomfortable with change, for all sorts of understandable reasons. This can lead them to resist it and oppose it. This is why it’s important to understand how people are feeling as change proceeds, so that you can guide them through it and so that – in the end – they can accept it and support it. Bridges’ Transition Model helps you do this.

Heros JourneyWhat is it: The Hero’s Journey is a pattern of narrative identified by the American scholar Joseph Campbell that appears in drama, storytelling, myth, religious ritual, and psychological development.

Positive IntelligenceWhat is it: Positive Intelligence (PQ) measures the percentage of time your mind is serving you as opposed to sabotaging you. While your IQ and EQ (emotional intelligence) contribute to your maximum potential, it is your PQ that determines how much of that potential you actually achieve.
